Synopsis:

How Hannah Waterman is teaching her old dad new tricks. Unlike her character Emily in detective drama New Tricks, who receives some shocking news about her parentage, Hannah Waterman has never been in any doubt as to the identity of her father.

He is Dennis Waterman, star of 70s and 80s TV hits The Sweeney and Minder, and now enjoying another wave of success in New Tricks, as maverick detective Gerry Standing.

'Although I did used to wonder if I had any brothers and sisters, that I didn't know about,' admits Hannah, 32.
