As the world was reminded when he came back into our lives in 2006 via the TV show I'm A Celebrity . . . Get Me Out Of Here!, Jason is a very nice man.
His smile is slightly shy and there's a sadness somehow in the eyes, but, now 40, he's lost that manic quality he had as a younger man and finally grown up and calmed down.
This month, he released his first album in 15 years, Let It Be Me. And today, he begins his 18-date national tour, in Rhyl, Wales.
