The Script
Synopsis:
'We're the next big script'
DUBLIN trio The Script have been described as U2 meets Timbaland with pop-rock songs that have a touch of R’n’B.
Singer Danny O’Donoghue and guitarist Mark Sheehan were producers living in LA when struggling drummer pal Glen Power visited.
They jammed four hours after he got off the plane — and the band was born. Living in “movie central” they named themselves The Script and their new single The Man Who Can’t Be Moved looks set to hit the Top 5 in next week’s singles charts.
Danny and Mark tell JACQUI SWIFT about their previous work as producers and about their past life in boyband MyTown.
